Through analysis of needs, problems, and opportunities within two performance improvement projects, I exhibit proficiency across 10 program learning goals aligned to industry standards. I employed frameworks like the LeaPs ID and design thinking models to ensure a focus on outcomes and continuous improvement.
Additionally, my works illustrate my effective collaboration skills critical for working in partnership with diverse stakeholders. I also demonstrate a commitment to contributing insights to enhance processes within a professional community of practice.
