OPWL PROGRAM LEARNING GOALS

My portfolio demonstrates my mastery of key concepts, models, and competencies gained through the Organization and Workplace Learning program. The selected works showcase my application of evidence-based practices and approaches to instructional design and human performance improvement initiatives.
Through analysis of needs, problems, and opportunities within two performance improvement projects, I exhibit proficiency across 10 program learning goals aligned to industry standards. I employed frameworks like the LeaPs ID and design thinking models to ensure a focus on outcomes and continuous improvement.
Additionally, my works illustrate my effective collaboration skills critical for working in partnership with diverse stakeholders. I also demonstrate a commitment to contributing insights to enhance processes within a professional community of practice.
